  • This was my first time using the pressure suit so wasn’t sure of what to expect, if you enjoy a squeeze (tight cuddles) then I would recommend it, Paola’s was very informative and advised on all the benefits of the treatments and what to expect. Next time I would possible look at having a face/head massage at the same time as the tranquil sounds playing, provided a relaxing environment.
