When making a booking, ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked to give us certain personal information that will include but may not be limited to your name, E-mail address, postal address, payment details, phone number and medical history/GP approval (where appropriate).

We collect information from you when you register on our site, make an enquiry, make a booking, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. 

Any details that are held to comply with the Government requirements for track and trace, will be held in line with GDPR.

Keeping the information we hold about you secure is very important to us, so we store and process your personal information in accordance with the high standards required under data protection legislation.

To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly ask you to observe the following cancellation policy:

- Appointment Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients.

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).

- No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).

- Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service. In this case, a 50% fee of the original service may apply.

We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
